Almost nothing. Your crew texts a photo of each receipt (with a job number if they have it) to your SnapCost number as they go. We take it from there — reading, coding, and job-costing every line. Once a month you glance at a ready-to-approve summary and give the thumbs up.
Do my techs need to install an app? +
No. That's the whole point. They just text a photo — the same thing they already do with their phone. No logins, no app, no training.
What accounting software do you use? +
QuickBooks Online. We keep your books clean and current there, and nothing gets posted until you approve it.
What does "job-costed" mean for me? +
